The answer is simple. It’s all about preparation. As soon as your kids are upto the stage of conscious communication, teach them sex-education that’s appropriate to their age (Ex: Don’t let people touch you at certain places, Only call out for mommy or daddy or someone trusted we introduce to help you dress up etc) And never keep them in the grip of your fear because fear will lead them to keeping it secret rather than discussing with them. They should feel so friendly that they will disclose and discuss anything and everything with you.
Next Steps
Wait until the time they are ready to be taught. And live in peace until then knowing that they’ll be fine. :)
Health Tips
Your fears at this stage are unreal because statistically, they are too young to be taken advantage of!(under 1 year)

Hi, I am sorry to learn about your torturous past. It's good that you are seeking help over this portal. What you are experiencing may be considered as mild post traumatic stress disorder. As you have mentioned that you were coping up well with your past till now. The fact that your body has been through a recent pregnancy, the hormonal fluctuations during the pregnancy and labour may have rewired your brain to the PTSD trigger. You may approach a counselling psychologist for these complaints. In case, there is not much response over 3 months of counselling or if the symptoms increase, you may consider starting temporary medications from a psychiatrist (Allopathy / Homoeoapthy). Homoeopathy medicines are safe i.e without side effects, treat the disease from the root cause thereby giving long term relieef. For any further queries, you may contact me via Practo online portal.
Next Steps
