I have taken deworming medicine zero m as prescribed by my doctor Stool which I passed is blackish in colour .Is it effect of medicine?

HELLO, IT IS FOR MUCUS IN STOOL.NOT DEWARMING. TABLET ZENTAL400ONE TO CHEW N GET ONE GLASS OF WATER.PER MONTH. NO IT DOESN'T CAUSES BLACK STOOL. O.K BYE.
