Pl. Send the Photos at least to have an Idea what the problem is.If it quite raised above the skin pl. Consult a Surgeon or a Dermato Surgeon for proper physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.
It seems like lipoma- localized fat accumulation which requires surgical intervention
Only diet control and exercise won't solve the problem
Next Steps
Still clinical photographs required for confirmation of diagnosis
Health Tips
Consult a plastic surgeon with detailed history taking and clinical photographs and if its lipoma then excision or removal is the only permanent solution
Fatty lumps on hands or anywhere on body can be due to Lipoma (Multiple soft slowly growing and have no symptoms usually). This can happen due to altered Lipid Profile and could be genetic.
Lipomas which are symptomatic can be removed with simple surgery or can be dissolved with lipolysis injections. For prevention we need to do proper evaluation and find out the exact cause. Pictures will be helpful to get idea and also you may need to get blood tests done. Lipomas without any symptoms can be left alone if not causing any difficulty or not bothering aestheically.
Next Steps
Send the pictures from top and side angles showing affected areas and also mention details if you have symptoms or anyone in family having similar issue.
