My sgpt is 138. Triglycerides is 245. Vldl ldl is also slightly on higher side.
Also, i feel bloaty stomach.

The high SGPT indicates liver inflammation. It may be due to a fatty liver or a viral infection. Bloaty stomach can be due to excessive gas production and there are several causes for the same. Increased triglycerides is part of lipid abnormality and increases the risk of heart disease and pancreatitis.
Do you take alcohol? If you do it is better to stop immediately.
