My mother who has been diagnosed with fatty liver has severe acidity and chest pain due to it every once in a while. She takes Dilona injection in such cases.
What should be done to manage the fatty liver. What food to avoid or precautions or medicines she should take. Please guide.

Reflux is not because of fatty liver . That is normal just avoid fatty food .
The problem she is having is because of paraoesphaegal hernia which is there in her endoscopy report.
Plz get an contrast CT scan of her abdomen done and get her operated .
No other treatment will help .
