I used to consume high level of alcohol for 10 years. Since past 5 years have quit hard liquor however have beer 5 days a week. Around 2 650 ml bottles. I have fatty liver grade 1. SGOT is 37 and SGPT is 64. Total Bilirubin is 0.6.
AlL other liver parameters are normal. Will this fatty liver grade continue to progress? I swim for an hour 6 days a week. Around 400 metres.
On Reheptin 1 tab a day since 6 years
