There are structural changes in GB which need to be further evaluated with HAIP Root Cause Analysis,  we don't treat reports,  we treat humans, and hence it is important to seek consultation from the right Vaidya. Also, these structural changes don't arise in a few days, they are a result of years of imbalance, so home remedies,  quick fixes are a mirage. You need to work scientifically in the right direction. The first step towards this is to follow HAIP DIET and seek proper consultation.  You can get in touch on haipdiet dot com

Your report findings of Gallbladder polyp measuring around 6.7 mm and Fatty liver disease Grade 1 are relatively common findings nowadays, especially in people with sedentary lifestyle, weight gain, metabolic imbalance, oily diet, diabetes risk, or irregular food habits. A gallbladder polyp of this size is usually considered small. Many small polyps remain stable for years and are often monitored rather than immediately operated upon, especially if there are no symptoms like severe right upper abdominal pain, vomiting, jaundice, or rapid increase in size. The size and follow-up trend are important factors. Grade 1 fatty liver is an early-stage fatty change and is often reversible with disciplined lifestyle correction. It does not necessarily mean permanent liver damage, but it should be taken seriously now so that progression can be prevented.
Next Steps
Do not panic unnecessarily about the polyp. Usually, follow-up monitoring is important to see whether it stays stable in size. Avoid self-medicating heavily with random supplements or oils claiming “liver cleansing.” For supportive and holistic guidance regarding fatty liver, digestive wellness, and lifestyle correction, you may also connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5. You should consult for proper interpretation of the full report in clinical context. Depending on your history, weight, alcohol intake, diabetes risk, blood pressure, and symptoms, doctors may sometimes advise supportive blood investigations related to liver function and metabolic health — not because the report looks alarming, but to assess overall liver and metabolic status properly.
Health Tips
Maintain healthy body weight, regular exercise, proper sleep, balanced diet, hydration, reduced oily/junk food intake, and avoid alcohol and smoking, as early fatty liver often improves significantly with consistent lifestyle correction. Thank you
