Fatty liver grade 1
16 months ago i had usg in which it was opined that there is grade 1 fatty liver and size was 149 mm. But on 04/04/2019 i had usg again the size of liver was enhanced to 160 mm. I had some med under the supervision of doc but still the prob is persistent. I often used to have more Sgpt and Sgot.

MEDICINES do not have much role.
Primary Treatment is diet and lifestyle changes. Without these medicines won't work.

avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. physical activity is a must. plant based diet is the best.
