I have done urine test which has shown calcium oxalate as + + and no bacteria found. also I am facing frequent urination. Also I have fatty liver grade 2. Is this increase in calcium oxalate due to fatty liver?

Fatty live can be due to many reasons and not due to calcium oxalate. It causes urinary tract stones. Please consult a urologist for proper examination
