Hi,
I have been working out from past 25 years.
Nowadays I am not able to workout. I get fatigued within ten minutes of starting my workout and manage to do only half of my workout and stop within half an hour. Even if I take pre-workout it's the same, it supports only little. couple of years back i used to get explosive energy for workout after taking pre-workout but now it is not the same, i feel very fatigued. without pre-workout half and hour workout and with pre workout 45 minutes of workout. I am on carb diet as well, eating mostly 150 grams of cooked rice per day with chicken and vegetable.
I want to know why I am fatigued.
No energy for workouts.
Is there any blood test i should do to find out any irregularities in my body? please guide
