Fatigue and tired and haven't muscles
When I have gone to the gym or do a work in the sun I feel very tired my face turns red And happen to me hypotension. These symptoms repeat everytime I tried to do a hard work and I notice it from 2 years and I lost weight in those 2 years I was 91kg and now 65kg without reason. I am 170 cm RBCs count 4million per liter Ca++ 4.2 I wasn't eat well for a year because of depression and emotional problem but now I eat well.

Hello Because of your drastic weight loss your body is suffering  from deficiencies which could be the reason of fatigue. Hypotension also leads to fatigue and giddiness. Drink enough water and take a balanced diet rich in proteins,  vitamins,  minerals,  carbohydrates and fats
