  4. Fatigue and feverish some times. Help.

Fatigue and feverish some times.
1 and half months back I tested covid positive but still fatigue and low-grade fever daily some times I feel feverish if I take crocin it will go or else without any medications I feel ok but again next day fever what to do, please help.
