I am married woman who works at night shift for 12 hours.i do have a desk job. After the work. I have to cook breakfast and curry for the day and wash utensils. I am bout 68 kg and 5.3 hight.. Give me some tips for sliming down.i do have a huge appetite.

Greetings for the day!!    When sleep quality is poor, it can mess up your metabolism and lead to weight gain. You would need atleast 6 hrs undisturbed sleep in a day. You can try to get a helper or may be help from family members to give you rest from household chores. For reducing weight, timely meals with lots of vegetables and good protein is required. Atleast 30 min of any physical activity can be started. Avoid unhealthy foods and switch over to a healthy lifestyle
