Fasting sugar level
Hello my age is 32. Weight is 90 kgs and height is 5.5 inch. Morning I have seen my BP and sugar levels before breakfast fasting Bp is 111/77.. 95 BPM (heart beat) Sugar level is 95. Fasting Is it normal level? Considering my age and body.

Hello Sir According to your age your BP is just fine, but your weight is a bit of concern. Your weight depends lot on the job you might doing but i will recommended you to add a little bit of exercise to you schedule like doing yoga or brisk walking for half and hour in the starting.Not only  It will help you to reduce your weight but also to keep your BP in check. But if your doing an active job then your weight is of some concern.

BP and glucose level values you have mentioned are normal.Whenever it's convenient,do a hba1c as well.Try to change your diet and lifestyle habits as your weight and height puts you in obese category.

Yes ur levels are fine. But u need to lower down ur weight. Your BMI is high which puts you in high risk category for developing high blood pressure and diabetes Consult in person for better evaluation and treatment
