Thanks so much Dr Ankitha, kindly let us know how to control, due to this is pragnancy time, if I take fruits there will any problems it will come. What kind of fruits I should not take. Even know my BP range 120/80 my doctor are saying I should not take rice and any sweets and fruts if I take my sugar will go High and complete to stop solt

Hi According to me if rice is your staple no need to discontinue. Fruits can be had as a midday snack. However is best to read your reports and then comment. So can book an appointment online.
