Fasting glucose high  than postmeal
Hi Doctor, My fasting glucose levels higher  than postmeal glucose levels. 144 with fasting and 135 postmeal. Could you please explain how it is possible. Regards Chandra

Post meal glucose excursion depends on the meal you have had. If the meals lacks any carbohydrates, then obviously the sugar level post meals will be less than that before the meals.
