My fasting sugar level is 96 ( lab range is 70-100) . And pp sugar is 103 ( lab range - 70-140) . Is it normal

Ofcourse it is normal. But we cannot decide whether you have diabetes or not , only with one day fasting and postprandial values. If you have symptoms indicating diabetes ( excessive thirst, excessive hunger , increased urine frequency ) , then u have to do a test of 3 months sugar average - HbA1c , its gives us the range of blood sugar in your body for past 3 months, so that we can come to a conclusion.
