Fast reaction to anger
In the last 6 months or more, I have noticed I get VERY irritated much easier and quicker. My fiance decided to set up a hidden camera for me to watch my actions in the last 48 hours.. Needless to say, I vaguely remember my actions during the verbal fights.I cannot control my temper. Our biggest fight is time frames. If he says he's walking to his dads and staying for 30 minutes and stays over 5 minutes, I scream at him when he returns. I can't stop it.. I have tried to talk myself down but no.

The anger or irritability could be due to multiple reasons. Are you having any other symptoms like sleep disturbance/appetite issues. Are you have trouble with concentration/interest levels or motivation. Do you often feel that you have mood swings. Is this anger/irritability worse in the premenstrual period ? When you are angry/frustrated do you do anything to hurt yourself ? If the anger is interfering with your personal/professional life it would make sense to get it evaluated by a psychiatrist who can then suggest next steps.
