Hello,
I have been facing this problem where in my heart rate spikes up to high levels, such as 160 bpm, with the slightest exertion (like walking in the same room) this is sudden and has been for about two weeks now. However, I feel perfectly fine and normal when at rest. I waited for it to go away and also thought it might be due to some sort of deficiency, as the GP suggested. I’ve had tests for
thyroid, haemoglobin, iron,
vitamin D levels, and
vitamin B12, and everything is within the normal range. I also wore a Holter monitor for three days ( was at rest nearly the entire time) , and I have attached the report below. Kindly suggest what can be done, as I am still experiencing severe symptoms, such as an unusual spike in heart rate and chest pain at times with little exertion, which has left me confined.
Thank-You.
