He is still complaining pain whenever we touch in that area and its been 3 days now. Is this something that we neee to worry about ? There were no any other compalints apart from slight pain whenever we touch there.

Did he have any vomiting when he fell down, or later on ? Did he have any loss of consciousness? Did he have any bleeding from nose or ear? If not, you may continue treating him at home. If the swelling has disappeared then the things are safe. He will be alright.
