Fainting can be because of low blood pressure. Fever itself causes water loss from body resulting in low bp. As you are having running nose, it looks like viral fever. Take pracetamol tablet (crocine) for fever and dring plenty of fluids to maintan hydration and take rest. Yoi should be alright. If fever persist then consult a local doctor.
