Fading skin and hair color
Dr, we are twin brothers and we have a fair skin, golden hair and eye colour is blue green and we are 18+ , from last year my skin colour , hair colour has started to fade ...i am becoming tan and my hair colour has became so dull but brothers hair colour is alright and his skin is also the same .what is happening to me ...i need some help in this

There are multiple causes for hyperpigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, lichen planus pigmentosus, rhiel's melasnosis, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. The patches of pigmentation need to be examined and assessed to know the cause. Treating it without knowing the underlying cause will offer incomplete and temporary relief; also it will keep rebounding.
