Facing hair loss with high frequency

I was facing hair loss from long time but the frequency was low. 8 months back I moved to Oman and there initially I was facing hair fall and then in btw it got to less only when I was taking showr. Recently again from last 2 weeks I am facing heavy hair fall, I shorten my hairs but still daily I am loosing lot of hairs. My scalp is almost visible now. It's like within 2-3 month my all hairs will get fall. Please suggest what should I do my age is 27 only and even my dad still has hairs at age of 58. How can I grow back my hairs and stop further fall
