Asked for Female, 30 Years

Over the past several years my face has developed an orange tint, particularly on my forehead, nose, and chin (T-zone). I use sunscreen regularly, eat a healthy diet, take a multivitamin and TriNessa Lo birth control. Do you know what could be causing the discoloration?
