I've been diagnosed with PCOS 5 years ago. My gynecologist didn't suggested me any medications because of my young age. So I didn't took any medications till now and trying to cope with PCOS by natural means like working out and proper diet still my symptoms are not in control. I'm dealing with symptoms like facial hair growth, acne, thinning of hair and hair loss, weight gain.
I want to know which measure is best for facial hair removal(non-permanent). Waxing, shaving or threading? I have medium thick hair growth on face and neck

As mentioned earlier, for the hair growth you should try laser hair removal. But the main issue you are suffering from is PCOS, and though diet and exercise may help you to some extent, what u need to address is insulin surges in your body.
Consider intermittent fasting (16 hrs fasting and 8 hours of eating)
And fasting means only water intake +\- salts. No sugar, no tea, so green tea, etc this will bring down the number of times your pancreas secretes insulin. Make this a life style, to start with.
You will start noticing positive results within a month or so.

Hello dear. I can understand your situation. Facial hairs and acne can impact on your social well being.
Although laser hair removal is the best option for you, there are certain medications which can be taken orally as well as applied topically, both for acne and hairs.
