Facial hair problems
The problem is that i can't even grow a single terminal hair on my face.. it's quite awkward i get teased almost all the time.. can't even grow a mustache.. i can hardly watch those hair in strong sunlight or by using flashlight .. I'll turn 17 next year in jan.. I'm almost 16.5 and i don't even have a single hair on my chin.. i do have vellus hair

Greetings. There are subsets of normal individuals who do not develop adequate beard or mustache for their age. You can wait for another year or so and see if it comes. The other option is to meet a Dermatologist and share your concerns. Laboratory evaluation may be needed to rule in or rule out any hormonal cause of such issue. Many a times, it is constitutional i.e you do not have any problem but your hairs have limited capacity. No wonder medications will help.
