Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am facing facial hair problem, it's basically on chin side .So I visited endocrinologist she asked me to go for some test which was for pcod and hirsutism . Though all test reports were normal she asked me to walk daily and prescribed me aldactone 50 mg . I want to know about this tablet and when all the test are seems to be ok why do I have to take this medicine . Does it have any side effects
