Treating your PCOS is another way to reduce the hair growth(a little). After you control your PCOS then you start hair reduction treatment . Only then these treatments work. MODIFYING LIFESTYLE is the KEY in treating PCOS. Sleep by 10pm wake up at 6am, exercise 60 minutes everyday(goal oriented)and go to a dietician for a healthy and balanced diet .
Next Steps
1. visit a dietitian for a healthy and balanced diet 2. once your PCOS is under control then visit an allopathic dermatologist for the hair reduction laser treatment.
