I had an accident two days ago causing facial fracture. Doctors examined it, got xrayed, CTed. Zygomatic fracture. They stitched up the skin wound but said the bones didn't move so they let me home explaining it would heal on its own.
Today I started to get mucus in my throat containing congealed blood (it's brown), should I be worried? Is this just the blood draining from my sinuses?

You seem to have suffered undisplaced zygoma fracture which usually will heal on its own. Sometimes facial trauma can cause bleeding inside the sinuses which is known as hemosinus. Because of this there will be some blood coming out of nasal secretions for a week. Usually it will settle on its own
