Looks like my face is getting bit fatty over the years unknown to me the cause of it. I'm hitting gym daily in the morning hours,by evening I go for 30 minutes of brisk walking,10 minutes of facial workout on flip side my diet is I eat 3-4 times a day normal home cooked meal, no fast food and post workout foods with no suppliments,no dairy products, fruits and vegetables in good proportions,no medication, drink 3-4 litre of water water daily,salt intake is zero, sleep for 8 hours, no habits such as drinking not smoking but despite all this strict regime result is almost nil with no any desired effect but rather my face is getting puffier with no match to my body making it very weird. My body looks lean but my face growing fattier than before
Please suggest me the remedies to overcome this problem
My diet includes chapati roti daal non veg only chicken fish once a week ,3 eggs daily only 2 yolks, sprouts like green gram,peas,almonds with some peanuts
