From last 3-4 months my face is a little bit swollen and also i have pigmentation around my mouth area from past 6-7 months ..i have gain 5-6 kg of weight in last 3-4 months .i have my blood test report here

Low b12 Thyroid normal. Tb neurokind forte od one at night for two months. Others r just deranged. They are not at all the reason for pigmentation. Consult dermatologist.

Hello avoid oily , fatty food avoid sweets Include green leafy vegetables in diet Your vit b12 is low which can be reason for perioral hyperpigmentation Take Nurokind plus rf capsule once at night after dinner for 3 weeks Use sunscreen in the morning and in the afternoon
