Face skin tone turns dull and black

Hi iam 24 year old gal. my problem is in the morning my face looks fresh and fair after i wash my face n all n after somtime or in the evening my face turns very dull and black ..i have oily T-zone , combination skin im using sabi glow cream and uv protect sunscreen daily as my doc prescribed .. please tell me y it turns dull and black please suggest me what to do
