Face skin infection
I have skin infection for 3years.(Skin infection condition is REDNESS, ITCHING, WATER FILLED BLISTER). I don't what was the reason behind it. I am eating very simple diet. I have a lot of treatment but no effects infection is same. Whenever I use any antimicrobial or antifungal cream my skin infection gets calm for fews day. But the condition is same after some times. Please tell me if I take petroleum 30 ch it is safe and please tell me difference between petroleum 30Cand 30CH.

Both 30C and 30 CH are almost same...
But taking homeopathic medicines on specific indications may not give desired results. It may not harm but many patients gets discouraged saying they have taken homoeopathic medicines but it didn't help.
Actually there are more than 300 medicines specific for such conditions but the medicine should match the case on all levels especially mind.
Until it is not selected well the results are not guaranteed.
