Face skin allergy or flaky skin
My skin shows allergy or looks very flaky. I'm worried if there could be breakouts. Plus suggest me what to do. I used Cetaphil moisturizer but not sure as I realized now it was more than expiry date and is it b cos of this. Skin looks very dry flaky as if pimples will get worst.
