Asked for Female, 22 Years

I threading my face in October. I don't know my face is sensitive then it allergic and I eat allegra 120mg medicine then it relief. Now my chicks are feel hot and get redness not over the face only the chicks area and I use physiogel ai cream and tone n glo face wash and for acne I use aziderm 20%cream and isotroin 5mg capsule in once in three day and also I homeopathic madication for hirsutism and pcos. Plzz tell why my chicks are red and feel hot.
