I have Face Pigmentation problem since year. On my face i have some black patch's. I want to know the exact issue and exact medicine for the same ?

You are having melasma. First and foremost, you have to follow strict sunprotection. Do not move out of house without sunscreen application 20 mins prior. Creams can be prescribed for melasma.
