Face block spots I'm using shine shine

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Sir i am used penderm plus 3 years and I got side effect and then I went to docter consaltetion I used more cream and mediation docter said me first face will become block then will become white 1 & half year over still my face was block so I stopped to go to docter now i m using skine shine that was lost sujjested by docter that also no use skine layer will remove and it will become red and one after face will become red pls help me
