I'm traveling in vehicle for long distance.. Due to the dust particles my eyes becoming red color..what is the process to clean the dust

After traveling one should wash eyes properly with clean water & after 15 minutes when your eyes get dried , you may use Refresh liquigel eye drops & Tobrex eye drops at 10 minutes interval,if you want to keep your eyes dust free& clean.
