Red Eyes, Tearing and dust elergy

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am having problem in my eyes. After seeing laptop screen or Mobile screen my eyes become red and tear is coming.. I am also having some pain after rubbing my eyes.. When I drive bike without goggles or helmet then also facing above issue because of dust and air pressure. Please suggest me what I need to do.. Thanks, Anupam
