You might having Refractory Error.
Next Steps
Wear Computer Glasses while working on laptop or some other devices.
Drink plenty of fluids
Don't splash water with eyes open while washing face as that affects the Tear Film of our eyes as helps in lubrication.
Take plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits.
