Your eyepain can be due to digital eye strain, commonly known as computer vision syndrome. Since you are covid+ and staying isolated from others, you are probably spending more time on mobiles or perhaps laptop.
Next Steps
You should give some rest to your eyes. For example you can use the simple rule of 20-20-20. For every 20 mins spent on the mobile screen, look at 20 feet distance away(simply look at the walls) for 20 seconds. This will help to relax your eye. Also stay hydrated and eat healthy food(fruits). You can also Dolo 650 tablet to get some immediate relief.
