Your hba1c is very high. Don't worry. You can control it. FBS? Anyway you should follow a strict diet Limit your carbs(rice, wheat, etc) Never skip your breakfast. You should take early. Avoid prolonged sitting. Shake your legs while sitting. Take your food every 3-4 hrs(a little) Take your dinner before 7 pm.
