Eye drops breastfeeding
My wife having itching in one eye and redness in one eye and also swelling in eye lid. She is on breastfeeding of 10 months baby girl. Today is Sunday so it's difficult to consult opthalmologist. We will go tomorrow to consult opthalmologist doctor here. Meanwhile which eye drops I can give her. As she is on breastfeeding, which eye drops are safe to give her. I have read many antibiotic eye drops we can't give to breastfeeding women. Would you please help me which eye drops ( safe) I can give my wife ( breastfeeding mother) for Today only . Tomorrow definitely we will consult opthalmologist. Your help will immensely help her. Thank you sir / ma'am Thank you so much

You may use preservative free lubricant eye drops. There are only a few choices. On Tears Unit Drips or Isoft drops. I have no commercial interest in these brands.

Pl use olopat eye drops. 2 drops 2 times a day.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Put ocurest AH eyedrops for now.. one drop 4 times a day.. tomorrow u can consult an ophthalmologist for complete examination
