Eye Burning and Aches

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am having burning sensation in both the eyes continuing with light pain in legs, burping, irritation in left side throat and slight headache. My temeprature is around 98.7- 98.8 degree, spo2 were 98% and HR was around 80-87. Please guide me what to do
