Eye alergy and joint pain

Namaste,I always feel dryness in eyes. when I go to outside environment, I feel rednes and dryness and sligt inflammation in eyes. doctor said I am alergetic. Apart from that I also feels pain in my joints. can these thing be cured either by alopathy or Ayurveda. FYI from last one years I used eco artificial tears. but it is not cured me

Hi, It's may be due to allergy but you should get it investigated to rule out other causes. You may use refresh tears thrice daily to prevent dryness of eye. Flur eye drops in case of redness of eye. Consult an ophthalmologist and follow advise.
