Extremely itchy red bumps!!

Asked for Female, 20 Years

So for about a week now I’ve been getting itchy red bumps all over my lower body. It started with a rash on the backs of my thighs, then it spread to my butt, now it’s a ton of small bumps in between my thighs and up my sides and I have a few on the backs of my upper arms. They’re SO itchy. A cold shower and lotion helps for a while, but the intense itch wakes me up every night.
