Hii... i am 7 months pregnant and from last 1 week i am suffering from dry skin around my mouth its so dry that i cant even open my mouth.i consulted to my doc. He advised me to take b-complex syrup named becosules syrup 3 times a day i just want to know is it safe to take this syrup during pregnancy?

Hi, B complex Syrup improves the problem. You can also use cetaphil moisturiser over affected area. That help more.
