Extreme Weightloss, cough and vomit
My friend was 78kg 2.5 months back now he is around 64-65 kg . He had serious illness 1 month back ( malaria , not sure though as in two days report was positive then negative ). He has  chest to abdomen pain (mild ). He coughs and then he vomits since last 1 month. He didn't took food during starting of his illness. Is weightloss related to his illness? And please tell me why his cough and vomit is not going? Also pain. Attaching X-ray report and ultrasound reports.

Vomitings and poor intake are the cause of his weight loss. Gall bladder sludge (cholecystitis) is the cause of his pain and vomiting. Show him to a qualified Gastro Enterologist or a Surgeon and follow the advice.

Hello, Your friend’s reports suggest that he is suffering from a gall bladder disease, but we have to clinically examine the patient before coming to a conclusion. Please go consult a surgeon from a nearby hospital
