EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS
I am 19 years old, 5 ft and very skinny and don’t look my age at all I look like a 12 to 13 years old kid both face and body wise. I mean short height runs into my family, however they don’t have any issues with weight as they all have healthy weight and look their age. Also my appetite is really bad and I can’t eat full meals a day as I rarely get hungry. I really want to gain some healthy wait and have a good busy proportion to my age. Can I please get some help and advice on how I gain weight?

And do you feel weak or get tired easily ...I per me we should have some general tests done to rule out any confusion as of why you don't feel like eating what's the color of your urine do you urinate very often. ... Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy.Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis,Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk,curd,Paneer, Meat,Fish,Eggs etc. Include essential fats like Almonds,walnuts,flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help.
