Since childhood I was very short tempered child, i used to broke and throw things whenever my wishes weren't fulfilled and i got angry but since couple of years these things have worsen i almost every year have 1-2 times of these violent episodes where I break things, beat my mom, torture her, i have broken atleast 5-6 smartphones till now. Please help what should I do next i dont want to be like this anymore the last event was on 14th March every time I promise myself that this is the last time I feel very very bad and guilty of myself and furthermore angry at myself for doing these things.
